At Tid Haven, we want you to love what you bring into your home. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label — no hassle on your end.
Refunds & Store Credit Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you can choose between:
- A full refund to your original payment method (please allow 5–10 business days for processing), or
- Store credit applied to your Tid Haven account for future use.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, washed, or are not in original packaging
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right promptly.
